Celebration of Peer Mediation

The Celebration of Peer Mediation honors student mediators and recognizes best practices from an outstanding KMC school. We will be giving away the Judicate West Peacemaker of the Year Award.

There is no charge to any student or accompanying adult. This will be a hybrid indoor-outdoor event with beautiful ocean views. Be sure to wear something festive for the Mardi Gras theme.

Judicate West Foundation Young Peacemaker Award is awarded each year to students who exhibit exemplary leadership in peer mediation and/or conflict resolution. The recipient is not only a peacemaker at school, but they also carry their mediation skills into their home and community.

Our Keynote speaker, Jason Harper, founder of Harper Conflict Resolution LLC specializes in education and employment mediation utilizing a collaborative approach. Jason sits on the mediation panel for the Los Angeles County Bar Association and is an active member of the Southern California Mediation Association.
