KMC is doing more this year with the help of your donations!

  • On April 26, 2018 fifty attendees came together to exchange ideas and learn from each other at the first Symposium on Peer Mediation. Here's what Dawn Ketchens, a conference attendee had to say about the experience Click here. The conference was so successful we have already scheduled the next one for April 25, 2019.
  • An annual field trip to the Museum of Tolerance was held on March 16, 2018. Peer mediators from four schools took advantage of the free trip to the Museum of Tolerance. We have decided to sponsor another trip in the fall for more schools. See what the students had to say about the trip Here
  • Comprehensive Training and Implementation Program. In order to help schools start or continue their peer mediation program KMC is developing a comprehensive training program for schools that will include training for teachers and administrators, student training, and pre- and post-evaluations to ensure effectiveness.
  • Grants to support peer mediation programs in our schools. Over the past two year KMC has donated over $18,000 to Southern California schools to help support or start their Peer Mediation Program. Hear how the donation to South Pasadena High School helped them SPHS privacy wall
